In partnership with Belgrade Theatre

Since November 2025, The Performance Ensemble has been delivering weekly workshops with local older people from Coventry – combining music, dance and storytelling. Artistic Director Alan Lyddiard, is co-creating a piece of performance with the group that is authentic to the experiences of the local older participants involved.

This creative workshop programme is ongoing and will lead to an intensive residency with a bespoke small-scale production in May 2026, which will be performed at Belgrade Theatre.
