Sinfonia

“This is a masterclass in taking the everyday, the stuff of life, and creating something extremely compelling, beautiful and moving.” – Dave Shaw, Doncaster City Council
Everyone has a story to tell. Together, they create a symphony.

Sinfonia is a show about real-life stories. Stories from the past, present and imagined future of an often-overlooked generation.

A rich and moving performance featuring personal stories written and performed by the cast, interwoven with original music and beautiful choreography.

Audiences will laugh, cheer and cry as  Sinfonia  interrogates the relationship between intimacy and spectacle. This show demonstrates how we can build love and solidarity for one another, when we believe in something together.

Sinfonia has so far been performed in Leeds, Doncaster and Barrow in Furness in 2024 and is available in communities in 2025.

If you are interested in bringing Sinfonia to your local community please contact Izzy@theperformanceensemble.com for further information.
