A double bill at Interplay Theatre for the Being Human Festival

Join us from 6pm on Thursday 9th November 2023 for our new performance at Being Human – a free nationwide festival showcasing the brilliant humanities research happening across the country.

We will be presenting Full of Life, developed using echome movement sonification technology – created with Dr. Maria Kapsali of the University of Leeds – where human beings connecting with digital technology make music as we move. The event will involve living and creating in the moment – presenting ourselves and our stories with a playful approach – connected to each other by osmosis. And more stories ….. 

Accompanying “Full of Life”, Interplay Theatre will present an interactive theatre performance called Kara: an Artificial Friend. stemming from the 3-year “LivingBodiesObjects: Technology and the Spaces of Health” project funded by the Wellcome Trust.
