This summer we began an ambitious programme of activities across North, East, South, West and Central Leeds.

We are delighted to share some of the feedback we have received participants from across the city about their experiences so far:

👉 “We got more exercise and health wise very benefit and always happiness.”

👉 “I’m coming every week. I’m enjoying Bollywood dance and garbas and everything.”

👉 “Very cheerful – enjoying every moment. Wonderful. Very Imaginative. We are loving it.”

👉 “When I was in India I used to learn dancing… All my memories are coming back. I really love it.”

👉 “Well I try to make an effort and I’m glad I came otherwise I would just be on my own.”

👉 “I think it’s fun. I really enjoy myself. I learn something every time I come.”

👉 “Very joyous and the company is fantastic. I make the effort regardless of the weather”

👉 It’s, you know, pleasant, and … makes everybody feel so happy and warm.

👉 Everyone is allowed to be themselves.

👉 It’s great to see it developing on from where we were three or four weeks ago…

This programme would not be possible without all of our team, partner venues, participants, funders and the wider support and interest in our work. Thanks to everyone who has supported and been a part of our work so far.
