Explore | Discover | Create: Creative Healthy Ageing sessions continue in March!

You are warmly invited to a programme of sessions led by the Performance Ensemble and Leeds Public Health in March, with support from Leeds Older Peoples Forum. The sessions are ideal for people interested in ageing well and staying well in Leeds  – especially people aged 50 and over and the groups and organisations that make Leeds the best city to grow old in.

Every session will share an update on our current knowledge, creative responses to health issues in Leeds and beyond and invite everyone attending to share their perspectives:

On 6th March we are running a session with a free light lunch and refreshments at CATCH Leeds, Hovingham Avenue, Leeds LS8 3QY from 1pm. The session will focus on learning about wellbeing, mental health and connection. *Please note that we will be in the upstairs conference room which is only accessible using two sets of 10 stairs (20 steps in total) with a handrail.*

On Wednesday 27th March we will be offering a late breakfast at Age UK Leeds’ Community Hub (Bradbury Building, Mark Lane, LS2 8JA) with fruit, pastries and hot drinks from 10am. We will be exploring men’s health and ageing well, learning from the events run so far and emerging health knowledge.

Following the events we will be launching a grants programme in Leeds to support our response to the challenges identified in our series of events.

Please contact The Performance Ensemble team with any questions on 07846 575 377 or by email at info@theperformanceensemble.com.
